Welcome to GRD Shows. By accessing our website or booking our performance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

GRD Shows provides professional event performance services. The specific nature, duration, and scope of the performance will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement or Booking Confirmation provided at the time of hire.

2. Bookings and Payments

Reservation: A booking is confirmed only after a deposit (if applicable) is received and a confirmation email is issued by GRD Shows.

Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed by the date specified in the booking agreement.

Late Payments: GRD Shows reserves the right to withhold services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations by Client: Deposits are generally non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur the full service fee.
  • Cancellations by GRD Shows: If cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies, a full refund of all payments will be issued.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure a successful performance, the client agrees to provide:

  • A safe and suitable performance stage or area.
  • Required technical facilities such as power outlets or sound systems if discussed during booking.
  • Venue access at least 60 minutes prior to the performance for setup.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, images, and videos of performances belongs to GRD Shows and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage is strictly prohibited without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

GRD Shows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service booked.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for failure to perform obligations if the failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
